Coco Gauff made an amazing performance, defeating four-time French Open champion Iga Swiatek 6-1 6-1 and reaching the finals of the Madrid Open.
Gauff, 21, has never beaten her Polish rival before, but it only took 64 minutes to send the world second.
American Gauff will play the world's number one Aryna Sabalenka or Elina Svitolina in the final.
Defending champion Swiatek won nine games in Madrid's nine straight games – back to Sabalenka's 16 games in the 2023 final, but there was no answer to Gauff.
Gauff won the U.S. Open in 2023, hit seven aces and scored 19 points by 21 points.
