Madrid Open: UK's Jack Draper

Britain's No. 1 Jack Draper drove past Italy's Matteo Arnaldi 6-0 6-4 to the semi-finals of the Madrid Open and will be in the world's top five for the first time in his career.
British Draper won the first set in just 25 minutes.
World No. 44 Arnaldi won his first two service matches in the second game before Draper made a crucial breakthrough with a fierce cross-court championship to lead 3-2.
The 23-year-old Briton won the Indian Wells title in March and then won the serve in an hour and 17 minutes.
The dominant Draper fell just 10 points on the serve without facing a breakout point and will surpass the Grand Slam record-breaking record Novak Djokovic entered the world's top five on Monday.
Draper, the top seed remaining in the game, will face Italy's Lorenzo Musetti or Canada's Gabriel Diallo in his first ATP Clay Court semifinal.
In his speech to Sky Sports, Draper said: “Every time I play, I get stronger.
“Opposing these guys, I used to feel like I would be the one who was backstairs, a defender, so my next part was physically capable of doing what I knew I could do and bullying these guys.
“I’m doing a great job in all areas and I’m so happy to keep moving forward. Hope it keeps getting together.
“You see guys like Carlos Alcaraz and Jannik Sinner without fear, so I guess I just want to follow it.
“My forehand is doing a lot of damage and I want to keep it going.
“I know I can win any game and lose any game. I'm worried I'll lose it, but it helps me compete in my own way.”
