Manchester United defender Luke Shaw is linked to moving away from the club, and the Saudi Arabian side is paying attention to his situation.
The 30-year-old defender is now ready to leave Manchester United and take on new challenges, according to a report from the Daily Mail. At this stage of his career, moving to Saudi Arabia might be his ideal choice.
Saudi moves may be the ideal choice for Xiao
He is entering the Twilight of his career and he will be able to have a lucrative contract in Saudi Arabia. His time at Manchester United was hurt, and the Red Devils brought the likes of Diego Leon and Patrick Dorgu to improve the left-back slot.
Shaw may not be a regular starter for Manchester United next season, which makes sense for him. He is undoubtedly an experienced player with “high quality”, but his usability is a huge problem. Manchester United should cash in on the Shaw, and he still retains some value.
Since joining Manchester United, Shaw has missed more than 300 club and national games due to injury.
Luke Shaw needs to start over
The 30-year-old will hope to get his career back on track through regular football games in Saudi Arabia. The lower intensity of football in the Saudi professional league is also an ideal choice for him.
It would be interesting to see if the Saudi Arabian club is ready to make a proposal to sign the player. United need to improve their team this summer and they need to get rid of some marginal players to raise funds. Selling England international defenders might be ideal for them.
How things will go in the next few weeks remains to be seen.
