Liverpool loses to billionaire's investment in Wrexham

Wrexham director Kaleen Allyn has confirmed her family is considering investing in Liverpool before becoming a minority shareholder in the soon-to-be-winning champions.
Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney led Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney to advance for the third consecutive time, confirming second in the league’s No. 1 standings and earning a spot in the second division next season.
Allyns' medical device company Welch Allyn sold for $20 billion (£1.3 billion) in 2015, part of the latest win after investing in the club late last year, Kaleen confirmed that Wrexham's story helped convince them to buy.
“Even if we look at other clubs, we’re like: ‘We want the people we work with to be real partners’,” Karin told sports. “Yes, Liverpool is an amazing club and when we look at that club, we’re like: ‘It might be a good opportunity, but it’s not what we want.”
“We want to be real partners and get our hands dirty; be part of the story of what is happening. It's the greatest honor.”

“We ran away from the Grandpa Act because I wanted to show him everything,” Erin said of the final decision to invest in Wrexham.
“When he got home, he almost kicked and screamed because he didn’t want to leave.
“He participated in the competition and met Phil [Parkinson]who is very polite. My grandfather looked at Welcome to Wrexham. He is a total interstellar journey. He didn't really give Ryan Reynolds or Rob McElhenney's damn. But Phil Parkinson? The photo he wanted to be with Phil, which was framed on the wall of his house. ”
