Leeds racing guard Dortmund

Leeds United are reportedly racing Dortmund to seal the “ambitious” move, according to reports.
Leeds is still chasing the summer addition
While up to seven fresh faces have been welcomed this summer, Leeds still has unfinished operations in the summer transfer window. Now only a week away, they are looking at Everton’s Premier League opener with Daniel Farke and the 49ers looking to further reinforcements, with their goal to make sure they avoid the familiar relegation sense this season.
Farke himself recently admitted that whites still lack quality of attacks and told reporters:We know that in the offense, we are not ready to enter the Premier League. We have proven that we can prepare for a game, and for that, I’m not too worried at the moment.
“I know especially the offense, and you can add some quality at the end. Of course, as a manager, you want to have all the players available on the first day of the preseason and have to train with them because they need to adapt to the group and principles.”
That being said, it is no surprise to see people like Aleksandar Mitrovic enter Leeds’ radar in recent days. Al-Hilal’s striker knew to find the back of the net in the Premier League and had become Fulham’s consistent scorer before switching Craven Cottage to Saudi Arabia. Now, the report shows that Leeds is weighing whether to pursue his signature.
In the final stages of the windows, the people on Elland Road will certainly be ambitious, not just Mitrovic’s radar, as they hope to add Premier League mass to the offense.
Leeds interested in Buonanotte’s “ambitious” move
According to transfer journalist Ben Jacobs, Leeds is now interested in the move to Facundo Buonanotte before heading to Frussia Dortmund, which is considered an “ambitious” swing.
However, the German Giants have reportedly opened talks to sign Bright & Hove Albion to attack the midfielder, immediately handing the white man over an uphill battle to secure his signature. That said, one advantage Leeds can have is that the 20-year-old is represented by the same agent as Wilfried Gnonto.
Such a high interest in Argentina should not be shocked. Buonanotte was an undeniable outstanding performance while on loan at Leicester City last season, ending six goals and three assists this season as the Foxes suffered a relegation.
The 20-year-old Brighton star, now called “talented” by former Leicester boss Steve Cooper, can now earn a second survival by joining Leeds this summer.
