An amazing $479 million fortune revealed in European team stars

The 12-man in Europe was confirmed in the Ryder Cup when Captain Luke Donald named his six wildcard drafts earlier this week.

Like the American roster, it contains some of the richest players on the planet.

But how do Europeans rank in terms of personal net worth?

And, as a team, are they worth more than a dozen or so of Keegan Bradley? We’ll answer later.

Currently, here are the rankings of Europeans in ranks 1 to 12.

1. RoryMcIlroy – Net value of $200 million

  • PGA Tour Wins: 29 (including 5 majors)
  • PGA Tour Career Bonus: $107,981,766

McIlroy has grown into one of the highest earners for sportsmen after more than 15 years of excellence, and his ability to make money shows no signs of slowing down, especially when he took over the Master of this year in such an exciting style, he completed his professional grand slam.

The Northern Irishman’s recognized deals include Nike (Clothing), Taylormade, various tech startups, and his golf pass with NBC. Only Tiger Woods earns more on the PGA Tour career than McIlroy.

2. Jon Rahm – Net worth $110 million

  • PGA Tour Career Bonus: $77,046,525

The charming Spaniard bombed the scene loudly and established himself as an elite player before heading to the Grand Slam championship in 2021 and 2023.

When he moved to Liv for $500 million, he had already had a lot of wealth in dramatic heat, and his endorsements included Callaway, Rolex and Mercedes-Benz. He won 11 PGA Tour titles and 10 games in the DP World Tour.

3. Justin Rose – Net worth $50 million

Despite having been dining at the top dining tables in golf for twenty years, it’s still a bit surprising to see Rose rank fourth on the PGA Tour career money list. Only Tiger, McIlroy and Scotty Schefler received more bonuses.

Rose, 45, has increased his wealth by winning Olympic Gold in 2016, along with Taylormade and Rolex, and smart investments.

4. Viktor Hovland – Net worth $35 million

  • PGA Tour Career Bonus: $37,130,745

Hofland hasn’t won the Grand Slam yet, but he has climbed the PGA currency list at a rapid pace, ranking 34 overall.

The lovely Norwegian is very marketable and has been recognized with Ping, J. Lindeberg and Ecco Shoes. When he landed in the 2023 FedEx Cup, his net wealth increased significantly.

5. TommyFleetwood – Net value of $20 million

  • PGA Tour Career Bonus: $43,430,669

Fleetwood ended his first victory on U.S. land by winning the Tour Championship in Atlanta and holding up the season-long FedEx Cup trophy, which saw him finish his first win on U.S. land.

Fleetwood’s total revenue from DP World Tour is now ranked 26th, now with over $50 million in prize money, and he’s recognized by Taylormade, Tag Heuer Watches and Nike.

6. Shane Lowry – Net value of $20 million

  • PGA Tour Wins: 3 (including 2019 Open Championship)
  • PGA Tour Career Bonus: $30,308,553

Lowry has paid more than $30 million in PGA Tour revenue since his huge revenue at DP World Tour.

His career is high – winning the Irish Domestic Open in 2019 – provides a huge improvement in his fortune, he deals with Bank of Ireland, Srikson/Cleveland and Kingspan.

7. Tyrrell Hatton – Net worth $15 million

  • PGA Tour Wins: 1
  • PGA Tour Career Bonus: $23 million

Hatton has won the Arnold Palmer invitational tournament and won six DP World Tours before switching to Liv Golf in 2024.

Arguably, he has doubled his net worth due to his lucrative deals with Adidas and titleists.

8. Matt Fitzpatrick – Net worth $12 million

  • PGA Tour Wins: 2 (including the 2022 U.S. Open)

Fitzpatrick pushed a $30 million hurdle in PGA Tour bonuses, and his money-making ability jumped high with the 2022 U.S. Open victory.

The Briton will play in his fourth Ryder Cup and deal with Titleist/Footjoy, with Rolex reflecting his high in the game.

9. RobertMacIntyre – Net value of $5 million

MacIntyre has gone from a highly publicized contender to a Tag Tour champion, thanks to two wins in 2024 – the Canadian Open and his homepage Scottish Open.

10. SeppStraka – Net worth $5 million

Straka, who owns her American mother and Austrian father, has won four PGA Tour titles since early 2022, two of whom have participated in a successful 2025 campaign.

He deals with Srixon/Cleveland, Netjets and Austrian Corporate Partners, and the second appearance of Ryder Cup will give him more focus.

11. LudvigAberg – Net value of $4 million

  • PGA Tour Career Bonus: $21,255,513

Still relatively new on the scene, Eberg actually made his debut in the Ryder Cup debut (Roman 2023), before playing his first major (runner-in-second in the Masters in 2024), reflecting his dramatic early influence.

With his talent, healthy appearance and easy-going nature, the Swedes highly sell, his rapid rise will help him build current deals with Adidas and Titleists.

12. RasmusHojgaard – Net Worth $3M

  • PGA Tour Win: 0
  • PGA Tour Career Bonus: $2,270,309

Twin brother Nicolai competed in the 2023 Ryder Cup and it’s now Rasmus’ turn to play against the Americans.
The 24-year-old Dane has won five DP World Tours on his name and has shown some hope in his rookie campaign. Hojgaard also reached an agreement with Adidas and Titleist.

USA v Team Europe – Who won the battle for wealth?

It’s hard to add precise numbers on net worth, but seeing who ranks the highest in money rankings is still a fun game when comparing teams Europe to team America.

Thanks to Mcilroy and Rahm, it was a victory for Luke Donald’s man. Total revenue in Europe is estimated at US$479 million. Total revenue in the United States is estimated to be $412 million.
