Jimmy Butler's Erik Spoelstra exiting the Heat: “Of course there is an impact”

“It certainly had an impact,” Spoelstra said Wednesday when asked about how Butler's controversial exit affected the team. “We are an organization that prides itself on not doing any excuses. Even if we managed it perfectly, there was always a second guess that we could do better and just to correct the ship, which was turbulent. But that's not to say that it would make us our needle in the first place in the meeting. It's unrealistic.”
