Busy deadlines come for Arsenal

The Arsenal deadline is expected to be a pretty busy day.

Piero Hincapie arrived yesterday and the deal should end and be announced later, provided that of course there are no later ics.

This will mean that Jakub Kiwior will complete his move to Porto.

However, other businesses will be conducted, with expenditure-centricity.

You never want to rule things out because we all know anything can happen on the deadline, but I would be very surprised if Hincapie was among other incomes.

But there should be an exit, and Sambi Lokonga is expected to complete her move to Hamburg, and people like Fabio Vieira, Reiss Nelson and Oleksandr Zinchenko, may also take the door away.

Arsenal have been working hard to complete deals for all of these players throughout the summer, with Fulham and Palace negotiating Nelson and Vieira, attracting interest from several Desliga teams. West Ham is said to be looking at the front Porto.

So this should be Arsenal’s last busy day, which will be in line with the overall life of the summer.

Mikel Arteta’s tactics against Liverpool are ineffective – This is a missed opportunity for Arsenal

I can understand some of the frustrations after the narrow defeat at Liverpool on Sunday.

But with that being said, I think even the narrative that the game was played seemed to be pushed.

I don’t believe Arsenal went to Anfield and it just looked “don’t lose” because Gary Neville and the rest of the Sky Sports seemed determined to make us all believe.

They won the win, and Mikel Arteta chose a team he believed could, but that just didn’t work.

It was a very tense game between two teams that canceled each other. I really don’t know that Arsenal is just looking for a draw. If they can be balanced, it must also be targeted at Liverpool.

They were home, they were the champions, but Arsenal made it to the final third with a higher XG, more shots, more passes, and more contact in the opponent’s box.

I’m not saying they should win. It was just a game with a 0-0 draw written on it until Dominik Szoboszlai stood up and produced a magic moment that tilted Liverpool’s direction to balance the power.

It’s an incredible personal skill, sometimes you just have to raise your hands and say it well.

Now, saying all this, I understand why some Arsenal fans are frustrated because I was the same when I saw the start XI.

I felt Arteta start Mikel Merino in the absence of Martin Odegaard, but I really hope he will go the other way and make a more aggressive setup.

I know Arteta sees Merino as an offensive option, and after he took the quiz in the game, he pointed out that his three midfielders, Rice and Zubimendi just lacked sparks and imagination.

Arteta went on a conservative route when he had other options, which was a bit disappointing because I really felt like he had a chance to show that he was ready for a real frontfoot game this season.

Maybe he felt it was too early to start with Eberechi Eze, and he obviously knew a lot more than I did. But with Arsenal’s defense and the strength of Zubimandy and Rice, I just feel that the protection there is to release Arsenal’s new signing and try to bring the game to Liverpool.

If it weren’t for Eze, then the very outstanding Ethan Nwaneri against Leeds last weekend.

Obviously, if Arteta had done something like this, we don’t know how the situation would be eliminated, but I’m very confident that it will bring more thought to Liverpool’s defense – especially in the first half of the year Arsenal had so much control.

But in the end, Noni Madueke is the only player to exert any real threat to visitors.

The result is far from the end of Arsenal’s world, and if Szoboszlai didn’t get that amazing free kick, then I would sit here and say that this is a great point for the Arteta side.

However, the goal shapes how the game is perceived and eventually Liverpool got a game. For Arsenal, it does feel like a missed opportunity.

What does Alexander Isak’s championship to Liverpool mean

Alexander Isak is clearly a sensational signature from Liverpool.

The best offensive team in the league is arguably the best forward in the league, so it obviously makes them worry about everyone else trying to strip them.

Liverpool was a favorite before signing ISAK, so most people now think that a second title in a row is almost certain. But I don’t think this is a conclusion.

Arsenal can still win the league. They had a great window and they built a team that I honestly thought was as powerful as anything I’ve seen before in North London.

So they just need to focus on themselves. Sunday was a setback, but it wasn’t a knockout blow. They have to cheer up and go again, because there will be more huge games after the international break.

The key is to keep players healthy. The injury last season caused a chance for Arsenal and this time we have seen them have a significant impact.

If Arsenal had the right Bukayo Saka and Kia Havevertz at the start with an appropriate start with Martin Odegaard, I’m pretty sure the results would be different. They also lost William Saliba in five minutes.

These absences are indeed worrying. It feels like a continuation of last season, and if so, then I can’t see that they can keep pace with Liverpool.

Emiliano Martinez is not surprising to visit Manchester United

It wasn’t surprising to see Emi Martinez looking for a move to Manchester United.

He has always been an ambitious player who can achieve the greatest achievement or play in the biggest club, and while Manchester United may be somewhat confused at the moment, they are still the club’s royal family in the football sense.

I remember sitting down to interview Martinez on loan at Reading before he made a breakthrough, and even then you could say he was a player who was unwavering about his abilities.

Things haven’t really happened yet, but he still speaks like someone who knows they will. I can only feel his desire to reach the highest level.

Am I surprised he has continued to do what he has in the game since? Of course I am. Since he was thrown into Arsenal, his career trajectory has gone well due to injury to Bernd Leno.

But, the person who truly believes in himself has never hidden his desire to get to the top of the game.

He fought there and if this move happens to Manchester United, he will make it another important step in his career.
