Lakers fans rejoice at Luka Doncic's fiancé releases healthy food

Los Angeles Lakers fans are happy to see Luka Doncic’s fiancé cook some healthy foods as concerns remain about the Slovenian’s conditioning.

Doncic's partner Anamaria Goltes shared photos of her cooking veggie race dish on Instagram, which drove Laker fans crazy on social media.

Famous supporters of purple and gold, who know very well the narrative surrounding Don Sich's weight, conditioning and nutrition, made the post on X (formerly Twitter) light up.

Is there any conditional problem with Luka Doncic?

After the Lakers headed to the Minnesota Timberwolves in the first round of playoffs, head coach JJ Redick told reporters he needed to “win a championship” during the offseason.

Redick doesn't mention any name specifically, but many people think it's Doncic's indirect swipe.

Are Dallas Mavericks traded due to conditions Luka Doncic?

Worry about Doncic's conditions for the Mavericks began in 2020. When the 2020-21 NBA season began, Doncic appeared in training camps that were heavier than he did in the middle of the playoffs.

He admitted that he: “It's, I'm not in the best shape. I'll definitely get there. But, you know, I've never had a muscular guy, so what can I say?”

Television analysts such as Reggie Miller began commenting on his shape and commented that it was the heaviest look he had ever seen Doncic, noting that he was obviously exhausted on the court.

To this end, Tang Siqi said: “I know I have to do better. I've had a long summer and then relax a little bit.”

Prior to the 2023-24 season, The New York Times reported that key figures in the Mavericks franchise had spoken with Doncic to reduce the weight of his favorite game.

His physical fitness on the campaign left a deep impression on fans and led Dallas to the Western Conference Championship, eventually losing to the Boston Celtics in the NBA final.

Mavericks assistant Michael Finley took out a famous video of “recovery beer” from Doncic's hand after the team won the West.

Although the 26-year-old seemed unable to find any consistency in the department, he ended up falling into bad habits.

In the early days of the 2025-26 season, Doncic missed five games, with what the team called a sprain of his right wrist – but it should actually be a break to improve his conditions.

The Mavericks are very aware that players like to raise their feet, eat and drink what they like, and smoke in the offseason.

ESPN's Tim McMahon reported after he traded Doncic with the Lakers in February (shocking move) that Dallas said Dallas had major concerns about moving forward with him due to constant conditioning issues and a promise to extend another super magic contract.

Mavericks general manager Nico Harrison believes that Doncic's body would be much earlier than anyone suspects, and he thinks it's a perfect time to be a player without a doubt.

To conduct such a transaction, it must have some serious effect. Just last season, he became the first European to lead NBA scoring and has won five all-NBA first team honors.

Don Sici averaged 28.2 points, 8.1 rebounds and 7.5 assists in 28 regular season games, so imagine he could do better at the peak of his strength.
