Birmingham vs. Forest: Stansfield goal decisive
In honor of legendary Trevor Francis, champion newcomer Birmingham gained bragging rights in Jay Stansfield’s 22nd minute game.

Sunderland vs Real Betis: Ruibal decides to play
Granit Xhaka, Robin Roefs and Reinildo made non-colleague debuts for Sunderland, who avoided Valentín Gomez’s first half on hand while guard Trai Hume took off the game on the rebound, which made them pay tribute to the crossbar.

Bayern vs Lyon: Oris wins Rosen’s goal
Michael Olise scored another free throw after Harry Kane was replaced and hit again nine minutes after another free throw as Bayern started the preseason with a 2-1 home victory over French club Lyon.
Georges Mikautadze took the OL position, while Alejandro Rodriguez answered for 7 minutes from time to play clearly and enter the game at rest.

When will the 2025/26 Premier League season start?
The first round of Premier League matches in 2025/26 will begin on the weekend of August 16, 2025, from Liverpool hosting Bournemouth on Friday, August 15 (20:00 BST / 15:00 ET / 12:00 PT).
The game is being performed live in the UK, in the Premier League, Ultra and Main Event.
The final round of the season will all start on May 24, 2026. There will be no rounds between each other and there will be no matches on December 24.
