By appointing Joonas Salonaho, Foresight Sports Europe has expanded its sales team in Europe to expand operations in Finland for launch monitor and golf simulator manufacturers.
Joonas’s previous experience includes time on classic golf and golf courses, where he built the foundation in retail, golf simulations and custom accessories to adapt to the growing demand for personalized golf experiences.
Most recently, he was a business manager and partner at Gogolf, where he led golf coaching initiatives, including managing winter training facilities. Prior to joining Vision, Joonas worked as a business manager in the indoor golf lounge, where he was responsible for driving business growth.
“From running shops and events to building a top-notch training setup, I’ve been focusing on creating great golf experiences. Now, I’ve brought that energy into the vision and helped shape the future of the game,” Salonaho said. “I can’t wait to get started and introduce more Finnish golfers and industry professionals to our many advantages of technology.”
Foresee sports engineers, produce, supply and install a range of industry-leading ground and overhead launch monitors used by thousands of golf professionals, decorators, travel professionals and consumers. The company’s products, including GCQUAD, GC3, and the recently launched Falcon, Quadmax and GC3, enable golf enthusiasts to enjoy their sports and golf clubs year-round in order to effectively maximize their space and thus earn additional full-year revenue.
