Golf Business News – Motorola appoints 2025/27 Ryder Cup technology supplier

Motorola Solutions has been named the official safety technology supplier for the 2025 and 2027 Ryder Cups, a well-known biennial team competition between the United States and Europe.
The company’s critical communications and video security technology will be held at the 2025 Ryder Cup in Bethpage Black, New York, and at the 2027 Ryder Cup, and at the Adare Manor in Ireland. Overall attendance is expected to exceed 250,000 fans representing more than 100 countries throughout the event week.
In collaboration with the US PGA, European PGA and competition-enabled public safety agencies, Motorola Solutions’ two-way radio will connect the event and security operations teams as well as an AI-powered video security camera, which will help ensure the safety of viewers, employees, employees, athletes. In addition, dedicated radios for the US and European teams will safely achieve strategic communication between the Captain and his team in the course.
