Laguna Golf Phuket has appointed Jhomer Lito Q. Patalot Jr, the new director of Agriculture, who is tasked with further strengthening the agronomic and management practices of Thai resorts and ultimately elevating the conditions of the golf course to a high level.
Jhomer has nearly 25 years of experience in the management and maintenance of golf courses in Asia. He began his career in the Philippines, serving as the principal of the golf course at the Manila Golf Country Club, and then expanded his international experience in Brunei and Thailand, where he led agronomic teams at several prestigious venues, including Ayodhya Links, Amata Spring Country Club, Amata Spring Country Club and Sports Turf solutions ltdd.
Jhomar holds a MBA and a bachelor’s degree in agriculture specializing in agronomy, committed to continuous improvement and sustainability under course conditions. His leadership combines deep technical expertise with a passion for being outstanding.
