BBC Sport spoke to Aryna Sabalenka and Nick Kyrgios about their controversial ‘Battle of the Sexes’ match in Dubai in December.
Women’s world number one Sabalenka insisted the exhibition match was “not a risk” to her and the women’s sport.
Kyrgios, the 2022 Wimbledon men’s runner-up, responded to criticism of his participation after he admitted assaulting his ex-girlfriend in 2021 and made a series of comments deemed misogynistic.
