FSG must ruthlessly sell Liverpool's new version of Thiago this summer

Liverpool knows there is a huge summer ahead of them. Some may even mark it as a critical moment in the club's modern history.
Arne Slot has performed well at Anfield this season, turning Liverpool to the brink of Premier League titles. It's not over, but in this late period, the Reds' 13-point lead is definitely impeccable.
However, the 2025/26 sports will be in a strait here, and it is clear that Liverpool needs to decorate Slot's first team with attractive new pieces as Liverpool has hardly immersed in the transfer market as Jurgen Klopp signed a midfield reconstruction signed by Ryan Gravenberch in August 2023.
Klopp's long-standing midfielder eroded in the 2022/23 season, eventually succumbing to years of indomitable pressure, with high octane speeds like a whipbreaker against the rocky coastline.
Jordan Henderson and Fabinho sold to the Saudi Pro League in the erosion of Naby Keita, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and James Milner. It's an Exodus, OK, but it needs to happen.
There is another midfielder who actually survived. He has the highest quality, but everything thinks that Thiago Alcantara may need more than anything else, his talent is overshadowed by Merseyside’s fake fitness record.
Thiago's time at Liverpool
In 2020, Premier League champion Liverpool needs to consolidate its position at the top of the pyramids of the UK and Europe.
What better statement of intention than signing the game's most important midfielder? Bayern Munich received £20m in compensation, Thiago moved to Merseyside, and Wolverhampton Wanderers' diogo jota is coming to an end.
Thiago is one of the most talented players of his generation, seen as a major coup on Klopp’s championship, and as Gini Wijnaldum’s contract dwindled, they gave them some different coups in the middle of the park.
However, the injury was an undoing of his past, the strength of Klopp's system, the strictness of the Premier League limited the outstanding football player to a small percentage of roles, influential and inspiring on the grass, but found that time was limited.

As mentioned above, Thiago's participation in the Premier League is always a frustrating thing, his body effectively shut down in his last year, Klopp's last year and was forced to retire early.
To be sure, Thiago has European heritage, but Liverpool missed a trick when it comes to signing. The short master is paid £200,000 a week, which is an improvement over Virgil Van Dijk and Mohamed Salah. A number, only they still surpass.
Barcelona and Bayern have reaped the richest gains of Thiago's skills, but it was too late to reach Liverpool in his career, which has been tortured by hard grafting on the mainland for years.
Now, Liverpool finds that they are suffering from a new version of the outstanding Espanyol, which is available for sale this summer despite his flashing quality.
Liverpool's new version of Thiago
Although Klopp gradually replaced him, Klopp replaced him, there is no doubt that frustration online gradually faded away when FSG chose to oppose investment last summer.
Well, there is a lot of activity in that aspect. In August, after efforts to sign Martin Zubimendi fell, the Reds completed the signing of Juventus' Federico Chiesa, charging for £125 million.
When Italy won the European Cup in 2020 and became one of the outstanding strikers on the Italian stage, Chiesa was called “world class” by former U.S. Defense Force Alessandro Pierini.
But injuries have really ruined most of the talent’s football game over the past few years, and when he moved to Liverpool last summer it felt like a new slate, unfortunately reporting that the slot machine didn’t win, and he was sitting largely off the court.

Minutes are few, especially in the Premier League. Of course, Chiesa is of high quality and shows Newcastle United in the Carabao Cup final, but it doesn't seem to be enough.
The poor record in fitness – hurting his early progress at Anfield, putting him back in a round – suggests that Kisa might actually be Liverpool's new version of Thiago, especially because he carries a barrel of European descent.
The striker, who is £150,000 a week, also makes a small penny, and it's hard to say that his role in the team proves such income. Again, like Thiago.
While Liverpool will not claim its biggest sales this summer, it is not the worst thing in the world, not just because of plans that have attracted fresh faces in the plan.
It's hard to imagine whether Chiesa will win the championship and jump into the upcoming season in hopes of starting often. But the observer was wrong before.
But given that Liverpool bosses are reluctant to release his Italian striker this season, now preparing to strengthen the already excellent front and strengthen a very strong front at the pace of a few new parts, you're worried about Chiesa's future – or at least his personal success in Merseyside.
Oh, Salah stayed around, too, didn't he? Chiesa is a talented and versatile winger, but he earns a penny and has an injury record that makes fear attack young, promising talent.
For all parties, Liverpool cash may be the best this summer, especially if a young man like Ben Doak is integrated into the FIRT team next season.
