French Open 2025 results: Cameron Norrie at Roland Garros

Medvedev said in almost every opportunity available that clay was not his favorite surface—but that came to nothing with the outstanding Norrie.
He especially hit and stabbed his forehand in depth, and he got into a ralliction with defensive Medvedev and returned well.
He broke down in the first set, but was tightened as Medvedev was serving as the Russians would do it again at the end of the game.
After picking up the opener, Norry led 4-0 for the second time, with Medvedev yelling at himself and the French coach and often gesturing on the box.
The brave batting gave Norrie a two-set lead, then Medvedev found his attention, cut off the drama and forced the decision-maker through two sets.
Breaking Norrie in the third game, all the energy is with Medvedev – but, in an attempt to win, a wrong service game brought the initiative back to Norrie.
Norry then held the game confidently and stepped in to put pressure on Medvedev, managing to avoid the tiebreak.
