French Open 2025 results: Aryna Sabalenka defeats Zheng Qinwen for semi-finals against Iga Swiatek or Elina Svitolina
For all of this Swiatek has dominated the French Open in recent years, Sabalenka is the player to beat this time.
She won three championships this year – including one of Madrid Clay – and won two other finals and strengthened her grip on the highest rankings.
But she beat Madison Keys in the Australian Open final in three sets – she looked at the mission to revenge the loss.
Zheng has reason to feel optimistic. She grabbed the six-game losing streak on Rome clay in May and eventually started the better of both.

Sabalenka then shines with mass, Zheng rises 40-0 and keeps the game, she beats the winner to seal the game as soon as possible.
