France reveals 2025 results: Olivia Nicholls and Henry Patten advance in mixed doubles

Britain vs. Olivia Nicholls and Henry Patten reached the quarterfinals of the mixed doubles at the French Open.
The Australian Open beat Kazakhstan’s sixth seed Anna Danilina and Finland’s Harri Heliovaara-Patten’s men’s doubles partner-6-4 7-6 (7-0).
Three-time Grand Slam champion Neal Skupski also entered the quarter as he and his American partner Desirae Krawczyk expelled fifth seeds Erin Routliffe and Michael Venus.
Skupski and Krawczyk took the first set before being nailed by their New Zealand opponents but scored 6-3 2-6 11-9 in the final spot.
They will face Ukraine’s chief seed Lyudmyla Kichenok and Croatian mate Pavic in the next round.
Lloyd Glasspool also made it to the mixed doubles quarterfinals after he and Mexican partner Giuliana Olmos also ranked No. 1 in the championship game.
Glasspool and Olmos beat Spain’s Cristina Bucsa and Brazil’s Rafael Matos 6-4 6-7 (7-9) 11-9.
The victory ended the quarterfinals with the second seed of China Zhang Shuai and El Salvador’s Marcelo Arevalo.
In men’s doubles, Luke Johnson will face British Julian Cash and Lloyd Glasspool in the third round.
The 31-year-old and his Dutch partner Sander made progress by defeating Arends’ compatriot David Pel and Switzerland’s Jakub Paul 6-4 6-1.
