Philadelphia Flyer has gained progress Carl Grundstrom And the defender Artem Guryev From San Jose Sharks in exchange for the defenseman Ryan Ellis and a sixth-round draft pick with conditions in the 2026 NHL draft.
Guryev will report to AHL’s Lehigh Valley Phantoms.
Guryev was the Sharks’ fifth round choice in the 2021 NHL Draft, competing in 47 games last season with Wichita (ECHL). As a professional rookie in 2023-24, he collected two goals and two assists in the AHL’s San Jose Barracudas 31 games.
