Before his freshman season, Dylan Harper stayed home and attended Rutgers University. He is the third recruit in the high school class in 2024. During his lonely college season, Harper played 29 games and scored 28 games for the Scarlet Knights. The six-foot-5 PG averaged 19.4 points, 4.6 rebounds, 4.0 assists and 1.4 steals per game. In 29 games in 2024-25, he scored over 20 points in 17 games.
