We can go a long way to restore reasonable pitching use by exploring banned pranks like what the Mariners have done to Casey Lawrence in the past 2 weeks. They aren't exactly the only ones, but come on, this guy has resigned twice with the same team. Obviously, this is the end of the roster restrictions and should be banned.
