Diego Schwartzman begins a new chapter off the court. The Argentinian, who retired earlier this year, married his long-term partner Eugenia de Martino on Thursday in Buenos Aires.
Schwartzman and DeMartino began dating in 2019, and Eugenia often supported the 33-year-old Schwartzman at games. In June 2024, Schwarzman proposed to DeMartino in front of the Eiffel Tower in Paris.
The former PIF ATP No. 8 retired in his hometown in February at the ATP 250 event in Buenos Aires. The 33-year-old has won four ATP Tour titles and competed in the 2020 Nitto ATP Finals.
