Man Utd is now preparing to upgrade for £17m star, and he is praised by Old Trafford
As Andre Onana will pass the pre-season tour of the Injured Miss, Ineos will reportedly increase interest in signing a £17m substitute.
Onana was injured inappropriately
Onana was supposed to be one of many players who hoped to fall behind last season in the first summer under Ruben Amorim, finally letting the new manager convince him to be great enough to keep his position. Injured at the worst moment before the former Milanese even got the chance to hand Amorim’s verdict to Amorim.
One summer, United were linked to the actions of Emiliano Martinez and Marco Carnesecchi, and Onana could have played a role around him. In the end, however, his Old Trafford place is now more risky than ever.
Ineos also didn’t hesitate to spend a lot of time so far this summer, their next spending frenzy could be used to welcome another shooter.
It seems that Bryan Mbeumo will eventually arrive from Brentford, worth up to £70m before that. The impressive winger will join Matheus Cunha in an attempt to change the first line that was often wanted in the previous season.
But it’s not just the duo that can diminish the task of turning things around in Old Trafford. Now there are reports that Manchester United is expected to strengthen their move to sign Benjamin Cesco. RB Leipzig Striker looks destined to play in the Premier League and can finally get his big move now.
The Serbians’ arrival will also end Manchester United’s offensive overhaul, allowing them to turn their attention to changing Onana.
Man Utd’s interest in Lammens
According to TalkSport, Ineos and Manchester United will strengthen interest in signing Senne Lammens, which is worth about £17 million in Royal Antwerp this summer. The shooter, who is still only 23, is an ideal candidate to replace Onana, and has talked about Old Trafford’s interests in the past.

Man Utd and Want to Leave
Last summer, he was impressed at the 2024 European Cup.
The Belgian told reporters earlier this year: “The first time I heard me think, ‘Wow’. Immediately a world [renowned] Follow your team. That’s very special. Of course, I’ve talked about it a lot, when I save in training, it’s unity, unity [from colleagues]…just positive.
“Especially because it’s the best game in the world, my profile, my figure and the way I play is similar to British football.
According to Scout Jacek Kulig, Lammens enjoyed a “excellent season” last time and if his previous interviews were any good, the Belgian wouldn’t need much convincing to join Manchester United this summer.
