Manchester United’s most embarrassing defeat since Sir Alex Ferguson left Old Trafford

United suffered one of the most humiliating losses in club history as he was beaten by Grimsby Town on either side of the league.

Ruben Amorim’s team played the second round of the game for the first time in 11 years, but the Mariners were fined after falling from 2-0 in the first half.

However, the £65m summer signed Bryan Mbeumo, while goalkeeper Andre Onana struggled with the goal, and Grimsby showed a 12-11 title in free throws.

Grimsby’s failure must be the most embarrassing thing about Man Utd after Sir Alex Ferguson’s Old Trafford left in 2013. But this is not a discount, and the Red Devils have suffered heavy and humiliating losses under the leadership of numerous managers since 2013.
