Nike unleashes stunning FC Barcelona X Kobe Bryant series including Air Force 1s

Two icons. An unforgettable legacy. Nike unveils a bold new football club Barcelona X Kobe Bryant series – a powerful blend of basketball greatness and soccer traditions to commemorate the late NBA legend in a serious style.

At the heart of Drop is Barça’s 2025/26 long-distance kit: a striking gold jersey with rich purple and black details, cleverly textured with snakeskin prints – a tribute to Kobe’s Black Mamba character – and ends the logo next to the club’s Crest and the logo.

But magic doesn’t stop there.

From training tops and sweatshirts to T-shirts, shorts and national anthem jackets, the clothing line brings the same energy. The outstanding GX track jacket leads the accusation – snake texture, jet black, and purple – captures the unmistakable Mamba mindset in every thread.

Then there is footwear: a pair of striking Kobe X FCB Air Force in dark purple. A golden Kobe 4 solid color echoes the tone of Barca’s kit; there is also a pair of sleek post-match sliders to finish the look.

Barcelona introduced the series on Instagram to pay a tribute to fit: “Two icons, a common story.
A collaboration born of mutual admiration and unity of our values: talent, commitment and passion. ”

Kobe’s connection with Barcelona is deep. He visited Camp Nou several times, played charity matches in the Barcelona color and often expressed admiration for his team.
