Alexander Zverev

Alexander Zverev asked for an audience who was upset over domestic abuse charges to kick out his Munich open quarterfinals.
When fans shouted, “Our wife, The Way, Germany's first seed served 5-5 in the second set against Dutchman Tallchman Griekspoor.
Zverev talks to referee Chairman Fergus Murphy and can be heard saying “Fergus, please kick him out.”
It is not clear whether the audience pops up from the stadium.
In January, Zverev was haunted by audiences during the opening men's singles trophy ceremony in Australia.
As he stepped up his runner-up trophy, one audience member shouted: “Australia believes in Olia and Brenda.”
The 27-year-old was accused of violence by his ex-girlfriend Olya Sharypova in 2020 and suffered domestic abuse by Brenda Patea in 2023, giving birth to a child.
Zverev repeatedly denied the two sets of charges, and the Berlin court case filed by Patya was stopped last year.
Zverev won the game against Griekspoor 6-7 (6) 7-6 (3) 6-4 on Friday. He will face Hungary's Fabian Marozsan in the semifinals on Saturday.
