Celtics All-Star Jaylen Brown undergoes knee surgery

Boston Celtics forward Jaylen Brown underwent arthroscopy on his right knee on Wednesday and is expected to prepare for training camp. The operation was successful and he should be “unlimited” by September.
It is believed that the procedure is “minimally invasive” and is mainly about cleaning the knees. Brown has been dealing with it for a while and increasingly misses time later this season. He reportedly began receiving pain injections in March.
ESPN’s Ramona Shelburne reported that by the end of the season, his right-bend plate partly tore.
Brown played 63 games in the regular season, scoring an average of 22.2 points, 5.8 rebounds, 4.5 assists and 1.2 steals. His shooting score was 46.3%, his lowest score since his rookie season. It was even worse when his career was 32.4% lower.
The 28-year-old played in 11 playoff games in Boston, with an average of 22.1 points, 7.1 rebounds, 3.9 assists and steals. The Celtics lost to the New York Knicks in the Eastern Conference semifinals in six games.

Team calls on Celtics about Brown and more
Jayson Tatum’s Achilles has been injured to change Boston’s goal next season, and opposition teams are working to exploit it. Tatum is widely expected to miss the entire season of the 2025-26 season.
Appear in Pat McAfee ShowESPN’s Shams Charania reported that while the Celtics intend to focus on deals involving Jrue Holiday, Kristaps Porzingis and Sam Hauser, the team is still trying to ask about Brown and Derrick White.
“Did the team offer big offers and call on Jaylen Brown and Derrick White? 100%” Charania said.. “The Celtics would rather not trade them out of my understanding, but listen, if they get a lot of quotes, they have to look at everything. I think they will get quotes from the three guys they focus on. They will get the possibility of Derrick White and Jaylen Brown.
“I think from now until between draft and free agents, they’re going to evaluate what makes sense from a value perspective.”
It seems that only Boston’s huge returns can trigger the desire to actually trade brown or white. The opposing team will do due diligence and shoot, which is a responsible thing.
It’s three names for holidays, and Porzingis and Hauser Charania initially mentioned who actually traded.
