Carlos Alcaraz faces Taylor Fritz of Japan

World No. 2 Jannik Sinner reached the semi-finals of the China Open in Beijing after defeating Hungary’s Fabian Marozsan 6-1 7-5 on Monday.
The Italian sinner won the seventh semifinal in eight games he participated in this year, and it took only 26 minutes to get the opening ceremony.
In the second game, he fell awkwardly in the eighth game and beat Marozsan 4-5, but immediately beat Marozsan.
Sinner held again in Game 12 and pounced on his opponent’s serve, sealing his 40th Tour title in a season, in which he won a brief doping ban.
“I feel like I’m both excellent in the first set. We both did well in the second set. I had some breakthrough opportunities on the 4-3 chances – I can’t use them.”
“He was a peak-high guy, I knew it before the game. When he served for the scene, he made several uncompulsory mistakes, which helped me one or two.”
The four-time main champions are next to Australia’s third seed Alex de Minaur, who reached the semifinals when Jakub Mensik, 20, retired with a left leg injury in the match and trailed 1-4 in the opening match.
American teen learner Tien made his first ATP Tour semifinal when fourth seed Lorenzo Musetti retired 4-6 6-3 3-0. Italians seem to be hampered by thigh or groin problems.
The eighth seed Daniil Medvedev passed Germany’s second seed Alexander Zverev 6-3 6-3. Russia beat Zverev 14 times in 20 meetings, including eight of the last 10 games.
