Bayern Munich opens 2025/26 household kit with special Thomas Mueller version
Bayern Munich has officially launched the 2025/26 home kit designed by Adidas, both designed for men and women’s teams – a special edition shirt pays tribute to club idol Thomas Müller.
New Jersey is full of tradition, blending Bayern’s classic red and white with bold designs to form a stylized “M” of the entire chest, symbolizing Munich and Muller. It also features Adidas’ signature three white stripes and thick-sleeved cuffs, providing a blend of heritage and modern talent.
“This jersey symbolizes not only athletic strength, but also the club’s origins and deep-rooted roots in the Bavarian capital,” the club said in its release.
Although both teams have the same design, sponsors are swapped: the men’s kit has T-Mobile on the front and Allianz on the sleeve, while the women’s kit reverses the layout.
The men will debut their new kit at the FIFA Club World Cup, with Harry Kane, Jamal Musiala and Michael Olise on June 15 against the city of Oakland in Cincinnati. Meanwhile, Bayern’s women’s team will unveil the jerseys on the native soil in the Bundesliga opener against Leverkusen on September 6 at Allianz Arena.
To pay special tribute to Thomas Müller – which will be held at the final international championships of his club – fans can purchase a commemorative version of the commemorative shirt. The exclusive background shows the iconic moments in his outstanding Bayern career, a tribute to the club’s leaders of all time.
