Arsenal player rated Viktor Gyokeres, making the Gunners debut

Viktor Gyokeres
Arsenal suffered its first preseason defeat when their North London rival Tottenham Hotspur beat them 1-0 in a friendly against Hong Kong 1-0.
Most fans may not read too much about a friendly result, but there will still be a lot of people who are eager to know how some players perform, especially new forward Viktor Gyokeres made his debut.
Swedish International recently joined Arsenal from Lisbon, Sporting after a long transfer legend, and after his astonishing scoring record in his two seasons in the Portuguese capital, he is likely to be regarded as one of the most exciting signings of the summer.
Gyokeres didn’t quite happen today, but he still looks good in opposing the Spurs’ alternative looks, although overall, the Arsenal team looks far away.
Arsenal players ratings for Tottenham
It’s not a memorable game for most of these Arsenal players, but keep reading for exact reviews…
David Raya – It’s really bad for the goal that finalized the game, Raya is too far from his line and he doesn’t really need to take a long way. Often a reliable shooter, this is an unusually chaotic moment for the Spaniard, and Mikel Arteta hopes he won’t repeat it often. 4/10.
Ben White – Still looking like someone who needs to regain full fitness and confidence after the injury season last semester, White has done well with Tottenham, but his interactions and quality of oversight are not his usual self. 5/10.
Myers Lewis Skeley – Lewis-Skelly was very impressive for most of last season, showing that he still needs to improve in certain areas and keep his focus. In pre-season training, he did some extra work at the intersection with Gabriel Heinze, and fans hope he will usually keep pace faster once competition football begins. 5.5/10.
William Saliba – As you would expect, it’s fairly solid that, so to speak, there’s no regular appetizer next to him like Gabriel Magalhaes and Jurrien Timber, and not anything else. 6/10.
Jakub Kiwior – It’s relatively less doubling in the case of not exactly the old-fashioned Spurs show, but Kiwior may be able to do more to show that he should start more often in the coming season. 5.5/10.
rice – As lively as ever, but hasn’t started to showcase his usual rhythm and quality, which may lead to more matching fitness. 6/10.
Christian Norgaard – Norgaard signed, showing he can get the job done without much fuss, but there is no doubt that fans will expect to see more of Martin Zubimendi as the starter at the position. 5.5/10.
Martin Odegaard – Missed a good opportunity, and he often looked forward in preseasons. It may not be too big, but Arsenal fans will see some improvement soon. 5/10.
Bukayo Saka – Even if not the best time, Saka can light up a game in some good moments, but overall it is not his day and Gooners will worry that he has to get hurt. 6/10.
Gabriel Martinelli – Social media is full of Arsenal fans, calling for signing on the left wing after the game, which tells you almost everything you need to know. Martinelli looked like an elite player a few years ago, but he hasn’t improved since then, and it now seems that the Gunners need people like Eberechi Eze or Rodrygo to improve their level. 5/10.
Kai Havertz – Not worried about Viktor’s performance, just said. Havertz usually struggles to impose himself on the game, making it easy for the Spurs defenders. 5/10.
submarine:
Viktor Gyokeres – It’s really probably the most impressive performer among Arsenal performers, even if it’s just a relatively brief cameo. The Swedish striker immediately looked comfortable with his teammates and synced, unfortunately not assisting after doing well and tempting balls in the box. 7/10.
Max Dowman – Another player who cheered Arsenal, 15-year-old Max Dowman continued the preseason, even if he had a bigger impact on the outcome here. 6.5/10.
