Naples striker Victor Osimhen is reportedly waiting for Manchester United as he dreams of playing in the Premier League.

Nigeria International’s future remains uncertain after the Galatasaray loan spell last season, and players are certainly unlikely to return to Naples.

However, Osimhen has performed well in Türkiye, scoring 40 goals and 6 assists in all competitions in the club and country in the 2024/25 campaign.

According to Gazzetta Dello Sport, Osimhen appears to be making a dream transfer for the Premier League now, and Man Utd mentioned a specific potential destination.

The report notes that Osimhen is about to join Chelsea last year, but it seems they are no longer involved, presumably due to their recent formal confirmation of the signing of Liam Delap from Ipswich Town.

Victor Osimhen and Manchester United look good

Osimhen and Man Utd both look like they need each other right now.

According to Gazzetta’s report, the transition to Saudi Arabia went bankrupt after Alfredo Pedulla passed rugby Italy (Italia), Osimhen seemed to be excited by the competitive European club.

In this sense, the Premier League is widely regarded as a peak move, and even if they have experienced tough times, Manchester United can attract 26-year-olds.

Men’s union made changes before

Last season was a nightmare for MUFC and it was obvious that Ruben Amorim had a problem with the offense.

Matheus Cunha has joined, Bryan Mbeumo may be next, and the Central forward is also a priority for Ramus Hojlund to leave.

Osimhen’s prolific record in Italy and Turkey shows that he may just be an upgrade from Amorim to get the team back on track next season.
