Rocky Mountains Re-signed Owen Miller A small league deal was concluded, a move reflected in his transaction tracker on MLB.com. He has reported Triple-A Albuquerque and was effective for isotope yesterday.
Miller, 28, received it from the winemaker in the offseason. He was already thoroughly slapped by Milwaukee last year, so he gave the Rockies some non-line-deep depth to start the season. He was selected as a major in late April. He played in nine games and entered 17 games to reach .143/.294/.143. He was assigned a mission a few weeks ago. He was completely exempted for the second time in his career, giving him the right to elect a free agent, but he returned to the Rockies with a new minor league contract.
He hasn’t done much so far and has spent time with his guardian before becoming a winemaker. Now, he has a .238/.287/.342 career in 1,032 major league board appearances, which translates to 75 WRC+. But he has bounced to all four infield spots and outfield corners. He also had 18 steals in 20 attempts.
His minor league offense is naturally better than his Major League Baseball job. His third-level tier has a .279/.354/.427 line, while the third-level WRC+ dates back to the beginning of the 2021 season. If he could provide something close to it in his profession, he might be able to serve as a useful utility. For now, he will try to make good grooves with the isotope and return to the show.
