French Open 2025 results: Jasmine Paolini

Jasmine Paolini made the third round of the French Open with a regular victory over Australia’s Ajla Tomljanovic.
The fourth seed, who finished second in Roland Garros last year, swept Tomljanovic with a 6-3 6-3 victory.
Just stood out from the WTA 1,000 title in Rome earlier this month, with the victory being Paolini’s eighth in a row.
The Italian enjoyed a memorable 2024 season, with WTA rankings soaring after reaching the French Open and Wimbledon finals, while she also won Olympic gold medals in women’s doubles in Paris, while compatriot Saraerani in women’s doubles in Paris.
Asked if she felt Philippe Chatrier playing in court this year, Paulini replied: “I think it’s a different feeling because I played a few games here last year and then played again at the Olympics, so I’m more used to it in this court.
“I love this court, I have wonderful memories here, and I’m very happy to be back in Paris in front of this group of people.”
