Gilgeous-Alexander, Jokic, Antetokounmpo leads all NBA teams – Basketball insider

The all-NBA team was appointed Friday night and the first team was not surprising.
In fact, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Nikola Jokic, Giannis Antetokounmpo and Jayson Tatum all got a consistent choice. Cleveland Cavaliers star guard Donovan Mitchell also made layoffs, earning a 61-time roster.
Antetokounmpo has now had seven consecutive all-NBA first-team choices, the longest active streak. This is the first time Mitchell has become the first team and the second team in 2022-23.
The second team leading the way are Anthony Edwards and LeBron James. They are the only two players to get a double-digit roster. Following closely behind are Steph Curry, Evan Mobley and Jalen Brunson.
It was James' record 21st All NBA Trial since 2004-05, and it's every season.
The third team includes Cade Cunningham, Karl-Anthony Towns, Tyrese Haliburton, Jalen Williams and James Harden.
Mobley, Cunningham and Williams were selected as all-NBA teams for the first time in their careers. This is the first time Harden has been an all-NBA team since the 2019-20 season.
Alperen Sengun and Jaren Jackson Jr. both got close to turnovers, scoring 58 and 55 points respectively. Harden scored 68 points, the last player to the third team.
A global media team of 100 voters selected the 2024-25 Kia All-NBA team.
Voters selected five players for the first team, five players from the second team and five players from the second team selected a third player in any position.

Is there any all-NBA controversy?
If James really deserves to be in the second team leading the town, whether James should debate.
After being acquired by The Knicks in the summer, the Town averaged 24.4 points, 12.8 rebounds, 3.1 assists and steals in 72 games. He shot 52.6% from the field, including 42% of three-pointers.
Meanwhile, James averaged 24.4 points, 7.8 rebounds, 8.2 assists and steals. He shot 51.3% from the field and 37.6% from three of 70 games.
Apart from that, it is worth remembering players who are not eligible because they are not playing enough games.
With 65-game minimums, Luka Doncic, Anthony Davis, Kyrie Irving and Victor Wembanyama are all people who automatically exit the mix.
All of these people’s numbers would have fit into consideration for accepting an all-NBA choice.
