The first one-hand mower purchased only 30 years ago has flourished from the Baroness of the Ilkley Golf Club in Yorkshire into a group of lawn mowers.
Today, the 18-hole park courses range from T-shirts to green lawn mowers, with 11 machines from the Baroness’s sophisticated fine grass mountains, not only cuts quality, but also brings excellent reliability in the operation of the county’s third-old club.
Green administrator Duncan Campbell is not only the Baroness brand of litigation proceedings, but also has received over 43 years of loyal service – today received support from a group of six.
“Our approach has always favored the greens most mornings, which is why we bought the first Baroness (formal Saxon) in the mid-1990s,” Duncan explained. “Starting with OFF, the build quality of these machines was obvious and the team loved using them, so it quickly became two and then five, which we continued to run in the turnover plan today.”

“From the quality of construction and the simplicity of operation, the Baroness's machine has a lot to like,” Campbell added. “We have a highly skilled team that doesn't need to rely on beautiful gadgets or computers to do a great job. Then, throughout the range, the rotation and cylinders maintain consistently reduced mass. The recent delivery of the GM2810 five-deck rotary lawn mower, as well as Campbell's LM551B, also comes with an optional Baroness Weather Cab. Windshields and wipers provide a cost-effective alternative to a full cab, using an existing roof, while soft backs and sides can provide protection when needed, or can simply roll up to optimize airflow in warmer weather.
