Gilgeous-Alexander delivers an excellent MVP speech
Gilgeous-Alexander gave a very touching speech after announcing his MVP to the league.
He first thanks his teammates and calls them his family and brothers. Thanks to the organization and employees for making their lives better.
As expected, he thanked his friends from Canada who grew up and worked with him to get better. Then there was his blood family, starting with his brothers and then turning to his parents. The most touching part of the speech was when he thanked his wife Hailey Summers.
“Hailey Summers, thank you for everything you did for my son Ares.” “You are the first to show me the true meaning of love, the true meaning of sacrifice…I can’t wait to spend the rest of my life on this journey.
“I won't be my man, I won't be my player, without your father. Thank you. Thank you everyone.”
