Rosewood Castiglion del Bosco and the club will host a new tournament for amateur golfers this fall, offering participants the opportunity to experience Europe's best five-star hotels, wines and golf courses.
Participants in the inaugural Rosewood CDB Golf Cup will enjoy a two-night stay at Rosewood Castiglion Del Bosco and compete for two days at the club at Castiglion del Bosco, the only private golf course in Italy.
The experience ended with a four-course awards dinner, accompanied by wine from the estate vineyards, opposite to the rolling landscape of UNESCO-listed Val d'Orcia.
Working with Rosewood’s prestigious partner properties, the tournament will reward top players, including luxury accommodation and golf experiences at Rosewood Kauri Cliffs and Rosewood Cape kidnappers in New Zealand.

The 5-star resort features 42 luxury suites located in a restored medieval village, as well as 11 private villas in farmhouses in the 17th and 18th centuries B.C. The estate also includes a two-Miclin Star restaurant, a culinary school and spa with an organic kitchen garden.
