Marcel Granollers and Horacio Zeballos exacted revenge on Tuesday at the Miami Open hosted by Itau, defeating old rivals Theo Arribage and Albano Otti Otti 6-4, 7-6(6).
The top seeds lost to the French pair in last month’s final in Dallas but made up for it with a hard-fought victory in South Florida, where they earned their third match point. Granollers and Zeballos, ranked third in the PIF ATP Live Doubles Team Rankings, will compete as a duo for their eighth ATP Masters 1000 title this week.
Two other seeded teams also advanced Tuesday in Miami. Harry Heliovala and Henry Patten, fresh from titles in Doha and Dubai, extended their winning streak to nine games by defeating Santiago Gonzalez and David Pell 6-2, 6-4. Defending Australian Open champions Christian Harrison and Nils Kupski defeated Evan King and John Pierce 6-1, 6-4.

Cash & Glasspool launches Miami redemption tour
Julian Cash and Lloyd Glasspool secured victory at the Miami Open in Itau on Monday, defeating Petr Nouza and Patrik Rikl 6-4, 6-3 in 62 minutes.
After finishing last season as the first all-British team to win the ATP Year-End Doubles No. 1 title from the PIF, the second-seeded team are now chasing their first title in 2026. Cash and Glasspool lost in last year’s Miami finals to Marcelo Arevalo and Matt Pavic, who also started their trip with a win on Monday.
According to Infosys ATP statistics, the defending champions easily defeated Alexander Eller and Robert Galloway 6-1, 6-3, saving the only break point they faced. With the win in Miami in 2025, Arevalo and Pavich completed a rare “sunshine double,” becoming just the sixth team in history to accomplish the feat.
