Can Carlos Alcaraz win the ATP year-end No. 1 ranking awarded by PIF for the third time next season?

The world number one enters the new season with a career-high eighth title and 71 match wins, according to the Infosys ATP Win-Loss Index.

The Spaniard has been training hard ahead of the 2026 ATP Tour season. Getty Images’ Clive Brunskill captured the 22-year-old during a training day in Murcia on December 24, giving fans a glimpse into Alcaraz’s performance on and off the pitch.

About two weeks ago, news broke that Alcaraz had split from longtime coach Juan Carlos Ferrero. The 22-year-old has been training under the supervision of Samuel Lopez, who officially joined the team ahead of last season.
