Odyssey Golf, the No. 1 putter on tour, has announced the launch of its new S2S Tri-Hot Series, which will be available at retailers starting November 7. The S2S Tri-Hot is a revolution in the popular zero-torque category, featuring a premium blend of tungsten, steel and ultra-light aluminum, plus Odyssey’s new Ai-Dual Insert.
These putters move the center of gravity (CG) forward so the socket can be positioned forward and closer to the face than typical zero-torque models.
This innovative design promotes a more natural, intuitive and comfortable setup without the need to press forward. Through the strategic use of aluminum, steel and over 140 grams of tungsten, more than 80 percent of the putter’s weight is below the top line.
In addition to moving the center of gravity and hosel forward to promote a squarer impact, the S2S Tri-Hot features the new Ai Dual Insert.
Engineered with artificial intelligence, this dual-layer polyurethane insert features a soft outer layer and a strong inner layer to deliver consistent ball speed across the clubface, enhance forward roll, and deliver amazing feel.
The new roll groove design also works in conjunction with a dual-layer design to improve roll performance up and down the face. Odyssey continues to be the industry leader in blade design.
The S2S Tri-Hot further refines this premium construction with a new mid-size pistol grip.
Created after surveying the most popular grips on tour, this product is designed to fit comfortably in your hand and give you a better idea of where the putter surface is positioned throughout the shot.
The black PVD shaft was developed based on feedback from Tour players and is heavier and stiffer than Odyssey’s SL 90, making it ideal for this style of putter.
