Is it no surprise that Michelle Wie West enters the final of the 8 a.m. Invitational short shootout, but a former NFL sideline agent? He obviously has games, too.
Celebrities and athletes head to Wynn Las Vegas for the annual 8am Invitational (Timberlake Temberlake beats Phelps) this week, but part of the celebration was the closest needle challenge hosted by global tech on Friday.
The rules are simple: 36 players make the top five to the finals with each shot, where they have another game.
Final finalists are Wie West, Jason Kennedy, Jagger Eaton, Mardy Fish and Jason Kelce, despite being Fish, a former tennis star who came out of the final.
“I won 14 tournaments in professional tennis,” Fish said, “and Fish firmly placed his tongue on his cheek, “but that's definitely all of that.”
