The real key to launching statistics reveals European teams

There are 100 statistics on the PGA Tour.
The best overall is a stroke: putter. This can measure a player’s putting performance by comparing the putting as a benchmark, i.e. the average PGA Tour Professional Golfer makes puttings from a given distance.
The numbers obtained by positive strokes mean that the player has fewer strokes than the benchmark, while the negative number indicates that the player has higher strokes than the benchmark.
So this allows golfers to see their gains or failures relative to the field, rather than simply calculating the total putt, providing more meaningful performance metrics.
European Ryder Cup team’s stroke won: putter + ranking
Rory McIlroy 0.597 7
Tommy Fleetwood 0.404 17
Matt Fitzpatrick 0.326 29
Bob McIntyre 0.251 36
Sepp Straka 0.237 38
Justin Rose 0.155 55
Ludvig Aberg 0.051 86
Viktor Hovland -0.070 108
Shane Lowry -0.123 117
Rasmus Hojgaard -0.235 134
What did we learn from above?
1) Rory McIlroy’s putter is real power. It used to be stripes, occasionally poor, and sometimes incredible, but now it’s just a very solid part of his game. McIlroy has many holes, and his method becomes very simple and fluent.
2) Tommy Fleetwood ranked second on the PGA Tour, surprisingly in the best 20 putters. The ophthalmology test might tell us other things, he hit a lot of greens and shots, but then seemed to pierce the putter. The reality is that he putts better than Scottie Scheffler.
3) Matt Fitzpatrick is known as the best putter in Europe, and the statistics are not far away. He is the top ten in the DP World Tour and starting at 10 feet, he is the 10th best putter on the PGA Tour.
The flagpole in the method seems to have disappeared now, so hopefully everyone has a good chance to make a flag.
4) There are three players in Europe, their putting Viktor Hovland, Shane Lowry and Rasmus Hojgaard all lost. Statistics are not always conclusive, if you look at the DP World Tour, Hovland is seventh and Hojgaard is in the top 30 of the Greens.
Lowry has his spell, he can be very good or very ordinary, and you’ll definitely put him in the category like Lee Westwood or Sergio Garcia, able to open it in the game.
5) Tyrrell Hatton and Jon Rahm both play golf at Liv, but they are the two of the best in Europe. Hatton is outstanding, perhaps one of the best, and Ram is probably the top 20 for the Greens.
