Boris Becker regrets winning Wimbledon at 17

Retired in 1999 and then worked as a TV expert,,,,, Becker coached at Novak Djokovic for three years between 2013 and 2016, helping the Serbs win six of his 24 Grand Slam titles.
The 57-year-old, who wrote a book about his time in prison, said he was comforted by Djokovic’s success in Wimbledon in 2022.
“I’ve been supporting Djokovic when I saw him on TV when he won the game and eventually won the Nick Kyrgios,” he said.
“It was very inspiring for me and ultimately very excited for me. My brother Novak was there, and I was one of the worst prisons in the world. So it blends life.”
After Becker was released, Becker was deported.
He said: “I’m so comfortable. I have too much money. No one told me that’s not- anything is possible. In hindsight, it’s the secret to disaster.”
“So it’s very important that you take responsibility for your actions because you can’t look back. You can’t change the past. You can only change the future because you live in today.”
