Last season, Georgiev split the time between Colorado Avalanche and San Jose Sharks and was involved in the industry that brought Mackenzie Blackwood to the avalanche. Between the two teams, Georgiev released 3.71 Target Average (GAA) and .875 Save Percent (SV%), winning just 15 of his 49 games.
