The greatest European Ryder Cup team

To choose this dress, we will only focus on the modern era when GB&I became Europe in 1979.
The entire game has been raised since then, thanks to the likes of Tony Jacklin and Seve Ballesteros, and then the players have all played.
Shrinking it to 12 is not easy. Half the team provokes themselves, but then it becomes more difficult and many big names will miss it.
1 Seve Ballesteros: 20-12-5 (WLH)
If Europe did have a captain in the modern era, it would be a fascinating one. Can you imagine him? Some Americans joke that we’re doing too much and that in fact, we might be able to do more.
For a man, Faldo, Lair, Lange, Worthnan and his course, his trusted companion, Olazabal, they cannot get enough of him. A singles clash with the Tigers will be the game of this century.
2 Jose Maria Olazabal: 18-8-5
He may even be better than his best partner. Whether it was instilling in Muirfield Village in ’87, or he had it all the time, Olazabal’s willingness to win was equal to Seve’s, which says a lot.
The 7-2-1 quarter-point record illustrates his various skills, and his 9-2-3 record is just as spectacular.
3 Colin Montgomerie: 20-9-7
Eight singles games, no losses. Again, it’s easy to forget Monty’s influence on European teams over the years. In his first match he scored half of Dormie’s match against Mark Calcavecchia, with only once he got less than 50% of the match.
His peak may be at the Bell Tower in 2002, when he did not lose once in five outings.
4 Ian Poulter: 15-8-2
Since its debut in 2004, the well-known poster has excited us all and he will always be the poster boy for what happened to Medinah. Then there is the “I’m going to make the point” of Celtic Manor, so where is the nickname coming from.
The personal highlight is how he beat Dustin Johnson in a singles in Paris. Another captain who won’t lose singles and future in the next few years.
5 Sergio Garcia: 25-13-7
It is definitely worth noting that someone contributed 28.5 points – and interestingly, both Phil Mickelson and Lee Westwood (47) had two more games than the Spaniards.
Garcia has been particularly outstanding over the years with Westwood, Luke Donald and Jon Rahm. Another one has a very good four-goal record.
6 Luke Donald: 10-4-1
Donald’s record in the game was as good as anyone. Given his game level, four games were a very rare game, which scored four victories and then we had his captain in Rome.
The final four-player combination; as a rock with excellent front-runners in electric short games and singles. If he can win at Bethpage, it will complete the already incredible Ryder Cup career.
7 Rory McIlroy: 16-13-4
He hasn’t gotten someone else’s record yet, but when he’s absolutely fired, no one can touch him. Recall Gleneagles’ singles when Rickie Fowler was on Sunday’s catch.
These statistics will be obtained in the coming years, especially with Tommy Fleetwood, who is a suitable team player who leads by example.
8 Ian Woosnam: 14-12-5
Worcenn’s singles record was 0-6-2, but he still has a win record in the game. His four-goal record is extraordinary, namely 10-3-1-, especially Faldo, who provide one of their all-time partners.
In a butterball outing, no one may be hotter and more likely to produce a bouncing bird.
9 Nick Fado: 20-19-4
Again, the record may not match exactly some of the team, but the biggest occasion and his putt beat Curtis Strange in Oak Hill was one of the coolest finishes ever.
You’ll come out in the fourth floor, close the iron and fire the iron, then put him in the cabin of the singles lineup.
10 Bernhard Langer: 21-15-6
With Monty or Faldo in the quadruple you have Langer.
When Europe lost in 1983, Germany (and Faldo) somehow contributed 4 points, and this worked just as well for his last two outings (once they reached 40). The ultimate cold partner, his teammates have always expressed this high.
11 Justin Rose: 14-9-3
The top 10 draft picks are pretty simple, but Ross is certainly worth it there too. Together with Henrik Stenson and Poulter, it’s almost a guaranteed point when the chips fall, and it’s very popular.
Rose is also the one who will bring the rookie under his wings and helps them settle in the game during neural racing.
12 Graeme McDowell: 8-5-2
The last position is very difficult, but let’s head to Stenson, Darren Clarke and Fleetwood/Rahm with McDowell, who may all set him up in the next few years.
McDowell’s company to Victor Dubuisson in 2014 was excellent in planning and execution, and the Celtic Manor, which was recommended on the 16th, was something else.
Captain: Paul McGinley
All above point out competitors to many characters, but McKinley is particularly outstanding in all areas of his role. His outstanding thoughts shifted leadership role to the next level, and poor old Tom Watson never really had a chance.
