Fabrizio Romano excludes Arsenal Exit from Leandro Trossard

Reports that would transfer Leandro Trossard and the shock from Arsenal have been firmly closed, with transfer expert Fabrizio Romano confirming that the Belgian winger will not leave Emirates anytime soon.

In recent days, speculation from Türkiye suggests that Besiktas regards the 29-year-old as a potentially high-profile signing for the super assistant.

However, Romano made it clear that Arsenal did not offer any offer for Trossard and absolutely no plans to sanction his departure.

Leandro Trossard is committed to Arsenal

The latest update comes after August’s decision to bring his long-term future to the Gunners.

The former Brighton advanced to a new contract extension, a clear signal of the club’s belief in his abilities and the importance of the Mikel Arteta project.

Even though Belgium’s alternative roles this season are limited to alternative roles, he remains a key member of the team, providing depth and versatility in the offense.

Although Besiktas reportedly explored the possibility of luring him to Istanbul, Romano stressed that there was “no chance” to take action.

He posted on X:

“Although there are links to Besiktas in recent days, Arsenal has not planned a Leandro Trossard exit.

“Trossard has already reached a new deal at the club in August and now there is no chance of moving to Türkiye’s Super Assistant.”

Despite the noise outside and rumors from abroad, the Belgians remained an integral part of the club’s plan when pushing silverware this season.

He is a player who can provide goals and creativity from broad and central positions.
