NHL Rumors: McDavid, Eichel, Kaprizov, Connor, Kempe, Robertson and Hutson

Some big guys are eligible for expansion and the talks are expected to be real soon
David Pagnotta in the fourth phase: Connor McDavid is believed to eventually sign a three to five-year contract. The longer it takes, the more it will be in Edmonton. In the mid-term agreement, it could hit $17 million, or it would be higher in short-term trading?
Players like Jack Eichel and Kirill Kaprizov can wait until McDavid’s deal is completed. Negotiations for Kaprizov are expected to take place this week, and Minnesota Wild may offer him an eight-year contract, in the range of $12-130 million – with a salary cap rate of $16 million. Eichel’s deal could be between $13 million.
Talks between the Winnipeg Jets and Kyle Connor are expected to begin this week. He may be watching, at least $10 million.

NHL Rumor: Connor McDavid thinks long-term slow race continues
“I would rather say nothing. We always say nothing about commenting on contracts, so we do something. I always believe that when people comment, things get misunderstood and create expectations and false narratives. Just like when we complete a contract with all the other participants, we explain it when the contract is over.”
