Golf Business News – Mountain Opening Club Upgrade

Mount Golf & Country Club in Wolverhampton has launched the latest results of ongoing investment in leisure and golf facilities.

Over £650,000 has been invested in the past year to enhance the guest and membership experience. This includes a £100,000 live gym renovation that creates modern, welcoming space for fitness enthusiasts; a £300,000 kitchen expansion that allows the club to provide better hospitality; and a £250,000 club terrace transformation that now offers panoramic views of the first T-shirt.

The new-looking terrace officially opened last week by local Congressman Mike Wood, when members and guests were invited to enjoy a night in the sun and watch the Trick Shot Shot Golf Show.

Since the acquisition of Aspen Leisure two years ago, Mount, formerly known as the Perton Park Golf Club, has grown stronger and has reached an all-time high. Currently, a new driving range of £2.5 million is planned and four new PADEL stadiums, interactive darts and new replacement facilities are added, positioning the facility as one of the sports, leisure, leisure and guesthouses in the area.

“These investments are a stepping stone in our vision to create an industry-leading golf course and practice facility,” said Scott Bernard, director of leisure at Aspen. “We are committed to providing the best-in-class facilities with the best-in-class facilities for our members, guests and local communities.”
