Tottenham Hotspur hopes to sign Nico Paz with Italian club Como this summer.
According to a report by Fichajes, they are preparing to offer 80 million euros (£69 million) to sign the 19-year-old organizer. The Real Madrid Academy graduate has performed well since moving to Italy and is considered one of the best young talents in European football.
Paz was posted by Lionel Messi as a player with “a lot of quality”. He also has ties to Manchester United and Chelsea.
Nico Paz will improve Spurs
The Spurs need more creativity and control in the last third, and the PAZ will be top-notch. He will provide teammates with the last third of vision, passes and technical abilities. The chance to move to the Premier League can be exciting for him.
This will be a major improvement in his career, with Paz going to test England’s top players.
For young players like Paz, 80 million euros is a lot of money, and it remains to be seen whether Como is ready to approve his departure. They don’t want to lose a talented young player like him, but they may be tempted to cash out if the right offer is made.
The Spurs need someone like Paz

James Maddison was eliminated for injury, and Dejan Kulusevski didn’t return from the knock until the end of the year. His son Heung Min also left the club. The Spurs desperately need a quality creator. PAZ may be their ideal complement.
The Spurs’ regular football can help young people improve and realize their potential. He has the technical attributes to adapt to the Premier League, and if the move passes, he will have an immediate impact.
The Spurs recently missed Eberechi Eze of Crystal Palace, and it seems Paz is a British alternative.
