Karl-Anthony Towns averaged 24 points per game in the regular season and he scored only 10 points. He only tried 11 shots and made zero free throw attempts. OG Anunoby and Josh Hart were also limited to 10 points, while the bench had only 8 points.
The only player to appear on the offensive end is Jalen Brunson, with 37 shots and Mikal Bridges and 19.
Those 15 playoff losses were the longest winning streak in NBA history. The Knicks ranked second with 13 consecutive victories between 2001 and 2012. The Charlotte/New Orleans Hornets and the Memphis Grizzlies both have 12-game playoff streak.
Detroit's streak almost ended in Game 1, but the eight-point lead in the fourth quarter was eliminated by the 21-0 Knicks.
New York once again as a 94 match in this game, but the Pistons showed better resilience this time.

The Detroit winning streak began in 2008, when it lost to the Boston Celtics in six games. After tied 2-2 in the series, Boston won the last two games and entered the NBA finals. They continue to win the championship.
The Pistons returned to the playoffs in 2009 but were beaten 4-0 by the Cleveland Cavaliers. Next was a six-year absence in the playoffs before returning in 2016 and being beaten 4-0 by the Cavaliers again. Yes, LeBron James is mainly responsible for more than half of the winning streak.
